Oklahoma City Comets
The Comets rallied late to defeat the Isotopes, 7-6.
Dalton Rushing (C) had a two-hit day and drove in two runs with his fourth homer of the season.
Esteury Ruiz (CF) recorded two hits and had his second home run of the year. He’s hitting .310 since joining OKC.
Ryan Ward (LF) hit his team leading eighth homer of the year.
It was another rough outing for Bobby Miller. He went six innings, though he allowed six runs on seven hits.
Noah Davis (RHP) followed with two scoreless innings.
Tulsa Drillers
The Drillers took down the Sod Poodles, 8-2.
Jose Ramos (LF) continues his hot start to the season. He drove in three runs and hit his 10th homer of the year. His OPS is now .999.
John Rhodes (1B) reached base four times and drove in a run.
Chris Campos (RHP) allowed two runs in 5.2 innings. He struck out four and issued only one walk.
Great Lakes Loons
The Loons defeated the Dragons, 4-3.
Zyhir Hope (CF) hit a go-ahead two-run homer in the ninth inning. It was his fifth homer of the year. Hope leads High-A in total bases this season.
Josue De Paula (LF) drove in a run with a single. His OPS on the season is just below .900.
Patrick Copen (RHP) had the best start of his young career. In six innings, he allowed only one run on one hit and struck out 12.
Rancho Cucamonga Quakes
The Quakes fell to the Rawhide, 4-3.
Mike Sirota (DH) reached base twice. His OPS on the season is 1.053.
Eduardo Quintero (CF) reached base three times and stole his 11th base of the season.
Christian Zazueta (RHP) struck out five in three innings, allowing one run.
