What a trade deadline for the Dodgers

One of the best trade deadline acquisitions this summer was Michael Kopech. He’s turned into a lockdown reliever for the Dodgers and has basically become their closer. If you were to ask around, a lot of people would say it’s probably the best addition from the trade deadline.

The Dodgers did a fantastic job in picking up Kopech. Well done!

What if I told you that trade was somehow even better? I mean, how’s that really possible? Oh yeah! That was part of a three-team trade with the Cardinals as well. In that same deal, the Dodgers ALSO got Tommy Edman.

Yeah, safe to say this might go down as one of the best deals Andrew Friedman has ever made with the Dodgers.
