How do the Dodgers correct the bonehead mistakes? It seems like the little things cost games and runs. Pages in the first today, Ohtani double steal. Also do you think that the pitch calling could be better. Mota mentioned on Dodger talk that the pitch from Vesia to Clement wasn’t a great selection. Instead of coming with the heater to set up the breaking pitch.

One more question- it was also mentioned that Will’s timing might be off because he sits so much, thoughts?

Any word on Kim coming back?

And between him, Kike, and Edman, how do you foresee the roster looking if/when they come off the IL? Dean will go back to AAA but who gets the boot after? Freeland has been pretty solid.

Joe Maddon frequently says he criticizes his players in private and praises them in public. I know that Doc has the players' back, and they all seem to like him - but calling out players to the media is supposed to do what - exactly?!? Honestly, I think a better response may have been - "We didn't run the bases well and made some poor decisions out there. We need to clean that up!"

That final Blue Jays was one of the worst losses of the season. 400 men LOB, 250 RISP left. And then we have Treinen and Vesia. Is it possible Treinen wasn't ready and needed more rehab starts? Could Doc have overworked Vesia (he wouldn't be the first Dodger manager to way overuse his bullpen)? And what's the latest on Brusdar, Kopech, Tanner Scott?

I don't understand the front office approach. Buy pitchers who are 30+years old, and are fragile and offer multi year deals to relievers, but hold on to prospects who are perpetually blocked at the big club level?!? Didn't they lose out on getting Skubal from the Tigers last years because they didn't want to move the prospects - so they settled on Flaherty?

After seeing Brock Stewart’s performance & Treinen still not hitting his location for that 3rd strikeout pitch; it has been a hit or miss performance from the bullpen since beginning of July. Knowing that the bullpen was stretched and injuries were taking their toll on every portion of Dodgers pitching staff; why didn’t the FO push for more relievers?

In a way to turn a turd into a piece of gold after this afternoon's game; while it can often feel like Dodger relief pitchers are giving up big homers in big moments, but after the Dustin May trade to Boston, Knack & Yamamoto are now tied for giving up the most home runs for the team at 10. May’s total was almost twice what theirs was at 19 home runs allowed. Which even if you add Knack & Yama’s total together is still 7 less than 2025’s HR meatball thrower Littell.

Have you seen Jhoan's entrance YouTube?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPL9rAX5Kgc

Would not that have been amazing at Dodger Stadium at night?

The Dodgers traded Outman and Hunter. You know the MiLB Dodgers better than most. The Dodgers were already stacked with outfielders and pitchers with little space for bringing up more than a few. Same with infielders.

Then look at what thy got back. Which can help them today? Who could have waited to trade for iat the Winter Session?

Would not a package of Outman, Fedducia, and take your pick of 1 or 3 prospects, such as Kopp, Copen, Osorio, Quintero, Miller, or choose because any 1 to 3 would have greatly out balance and valued the Phillies package of MLB #56 Tait (Catcher-bats both) & #92 Abel (RHP)? Cheap and lots of Team Control with proven MLB experience over the Phillies offer.

Jhoan has 2 years left of team control and is more than MLB ready-today. Would Jhoan have been better package to get than Stewart and maybe trade someone else for Gervase or waited till Winter? If you didn't want to keep him, Jhoan would bring more than Stewart or any of the others at the Winter Meetings.

I know we do not know what all was offered, but it just seems to me like the Dodgers got another "Give Up Runs in the 9th" Closer type in Stewart who has the same team control as Jhoan so except for results, it seems a push, does it not?

You get the idea. Trim it for space.
